Thermoplastics may include polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), block copolymer polypropylene (BCPP), and others.

Self-Adhering TPO

Is used in fully adhered roofing systems in new construction, reroofing and recover (retrofit) applications. It may also be used as flexible membrane flashings for walls, curbs, etc, when installing TPO-c membrane roofing systems.

Features & Benefits

Polyester-reinforced
Available in 6' and 12' widths only
45, 60 and 80 mil thickness with a 55 mil fleece liner
Fully adhered or mechanically attached systems
Available in white only
Up to a 20 year system warranty available
Pre-printed with lap lines
Mechanically attached without the need for a cover board
Provides excellent hail resistance
75 lb roller is required to ensure proper adhesion
Fully adhered with AquaBase 120 or Helix Low-Rise Adhesive
End laps are butted and stripped in
Standard TPO membrane is recommended as flashing

Fleece Back TPO

Membranes > TPO
Is used in fully adhered and mechanically attached roofing systems in new construction, reroofing and recover (retrofit) applications.
